Morgan’s culinary journey began in her home state of Kentucky, where she developed an appreciation for the hardworking hands that cultivate the earth’s bounty. After earning her degree from the University of Kentucky, she joined an agricultural nonprofit as a writer, telling stories of farmers from coast to coast. This experience inspired her to attend the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where she specialized in health-supportive cuisine. Morgan draws her inspiration from the seasonal offerings of the Mid-Atlantic region and her culinary expeditions around the world. Morgan believes in the transformative power of food – to heal, delight, and connect. She looks forward to sharing this journey with you, one meal at a time.
