A Chicago native who’s lived in Italy and Puerto Rico, Marta brings diverse culinary influences to her cooking, as well as nearly 20 years’ experience as a professional chef. With three kids and a toy poodle of her own to nourish, she’s an expert in preparing wholesome, flavorsome fare.
