His culinary career has spanned a variety of fast-paced environments—from mom-and-pop restaurants and bustling casino kitchens to luxury hotels—building a deep appreciation for diverse cuisines along the way.
Chef Kevin has cooked for intimate family gatherings as well as events serving thousands of guests, always bringing creativity, passion, and dedication to each meal he prepares.
In his spare time, Chef Kevin loves to develop new hot sauce recipes, test out new flavors for his craft agua frescas, or spend time outdoors with his dog and some great music.
