With over 12 years in the restaurant industry, Katie is excited to bring her culinary chops and wellness wisdom to Nourish Culinary.

A passion for health and food brought her to NYC, where she worked on the line for fine-dining restaurants and explored holistic, alternative practices for well-being. She went on to open several restaurants in Brooklyn, NY, Madison, WI, and Washington, DC.

Katie was the Executive Chef for Food Network celebrity chef Robert Irvine, creating a fresh, innovative approach at his flagship restaurant in the Pentagon working with organizations like USO, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and American Airlines to host culinary events of all sizes honoring military service members.

Katie is a contributor to several digital publications, exploring the evolving world of food culture discussing topics around food, health, and emerging technology in the food industry.

A DMV native, Katie lives in the heart of Washington, DC, and enjoys the expansive culinary scene that continues to shape her palette and perspective.
