A Falls Church native, Chef Paula brings nearly two decades of experience in fine dining, private chef services, and locally sourced meal delivery. Her career spans Michelin-star kitchens in New York and San Francisco, as well as her role as Executive Chef for a multi-unit specialty grocery business, where she led culinary operations and developed a thriving prepared foods program.
With a deep respect for both technique and ingredients, Paula’s cooking reflects soulful warmth, global inspiration, and seasonal intention. She values the human connection at the heart of this work — the chance to nourish people through thoughtful food, and to create moments of comfort, beauty, and care around the table. In her free time, Paula enjoys long walks with her dog, Crumble, fitness classes, design, and travel. Last year she traveled to Switzerland, Norway, and Spain.
