Chef Caleb began his culinary journey in the heart of Puerto Rico, learning the basics of cooking at his grandmother’s side at the base of El Yunque Rainforest. Raised in a culture rich with fishing, farming, and family traditions, Caleb’s earliest experiences with food were both work and play—shared with cousins and friends across land and sea.

He went on to receive formal training at the Escuela Hotelera de San Juan. After completing his military service in 2013, Caleb launched his professional culinary career under a protégé of the legendary Alain Ducasse. His early work in hotels gave him the opportunity to manage a wide range of culinary operations, from catering and retail to country clubs and restaurants.

Ultimately, Caleb found his passion as a personal chef, where he brings joy to clients through thoughtfully crafted meals. His cooking combines bold, balanced flavors and seasonal ingredients—culinary signatures shaped by a lifetime of experience and deep cultural roots.
