Chef Gloria’s culinary journey began in San Francisco, where she went to culinary school before setting out to cook across Australia and Indonesia. In 2021 she returned home to Virginia, bringing with her global experiences and a deep love for creating food that connects people.
Her specialties range from comforting brunch dishes and handmade pastas to fresh breads and desserts, always inspired by the season’s best ingredients.
Outside the kitchen, she enjoys traveling with her husband and son. She has also developed a passion for teaching others about cooking and baking—sharing professional kitchen knowledge with home cooks and inspiring even the youngest kids to get into the kitchen.
